Konami is dropping the ball on communication with fans, especially after promising updates via all of its social channels.

Konami never returned our request for comment on the Xbox issues, nor has it pushed this server update to its English social media as it assured us it would. That seems to be resolving, as the server status page has been updated for one of the five platforms. Yesterday, we reported that Konami was experiencing more severe issues with the Xbox versions of the game. In that time, fans have had a split reaction, adoring the gameplay but reviling the in-app transactions and related poor online performance. Central): Konami is now reporting that servers on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC are "operating normally." You can see the server status below.
